More Gigs, Funeral for an Amp & the Record is Coming!

Posted On:07.19.2015

Well hello peeps!

I’m slowly getting back into strumming away in public since back surgery. I’ve had a few gigs so far and for the most part the back is holding up. I made it down to Norfolk County to play in some windy, rainy and somewhat miserable conditions for Annaleise’s swim… apparently the rain doesn’t stop many swimmers.

I’m easing back into the swing of things with some small but intimate gigs in the last couple of weeks. I had the pleasure of meeting Orit Shimoni who had a gig at the Artbar and allowed me to play a few of my tunes. I also made a return to Rebel’s Rock Irish Pub yesterday and it’s a great way to meet with some new people.

So far the recording of “A Devils Urge” is going well. Unfortunately, my 1953 Gibson amp didn’t make it through. 🙁 Huge thanks to Brandon P. General, Brenny Burns and Chris Monk Seely for their help so far on the record. Stay tuned for more updates on the record.
